Based in Romford, we were originally a commercial focused contractor. We successfully served many of the industry’s leading construction companies on various ventures, from new build homes to large commercial redevelopment projects. However as a business our focus shifted to the domestic building market after our owner, talented building contractor and consultant Matthew Dibden, noticed a serious gulf in the quality and service being provided by many of his now competitors.

His vision was to bring the service, standards, accountability, value and after-care of the commercial market straight to people’s homes. The move clearly paid off and the Hot Trowels team have ‘Trowel-blazed’ a long line of extremely happy and loyal customers. Over 90% of our new customers come from the word of mouth of previous clients and we are extremely proud that our reputation alone continues to generate the majority of our new business. We also have a number of commercial clients that always return to us when they need brickwork or landscaping solutions for their large construction projects.

We offer basic walls to house extensions, driveways and paving to a full landscaping and fencing service. We have also built up relationships with other excellent tradesmen and we are able to project manage larger developments. This enables us to bring in external specialists who offer experience and quality to ensure all aspects of your development will have that high-end finish we are proud to put our name to.
